Founded in 1994, Ark Infrastructures India Pvt Ltd (formerly Sri Srinivasa Enterprises) was born from his vision to enter the core sector of housing construction. Recognising the immense potential of the time, he laid the foundation for what would become a legacy of trust and quality.
With over 35 completed residential and commercial projects, his leadership has steered the company to become a diverse entity servicing all areas of property, from apartments to IT parks and villa communities.

P. Kalyan Varma takes over as Chief Executive Officer, bringing fresh energy, unconventional methodologies and modern management strategies.

Mr. P. Kalyan Varma is a visionary leader who has been pivotal in shaping the company's modern identity. Since assuming the role of CEO in 2010, he has infused the organisation with fresh energy, unconventional methodologies and cutting-edge management strategies. An MBA graduate with a keen eye for innovation, he played an instrumental role in developing ARK Infra's first ever gated community, setting a new benchmark for residential living in the region.
Known for a balanced approach — polite yet firm — he places customer satisfaction at the very heart of the business, ensuring every decision upholds the highest standards of integrity. Under his leadership ARK Infra has evolved beyond construction into a brand synonymous with trust, quality and a seamless home-ownership experience.
